products to our customers. We know that you are going to love your
Police Zebra purchase, but just in case something isn’t what you
want you expected or not completely satisfied with our product,
please return it to us in original condition within 7 days of
receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price (minus
shipping costs) using the original payment method.
If you do receive a product which is faulty please don't hesitate to
contact us via email on return@policezebra.com.au to arrange free
return delivery and an exchange or refund.

Faulty merchandise. Police zebra is committed to making the
highest standard garments. However in the event that you should
receive a garment that is genuinely faulty you should advise us
either by email or phone call. You will then send the garment
back to us and after we have viewed the fault and established
that it is a genuinely faulty garment, we will refund or
exchange whatever you choose. We will also credit your account
for any costs that you incurred to return the faulty garment to
us. Any replacement garment will be sent to you free of shipping
charge. |

We use only trackable
and secure delivery methods requiring a signature upon delivery. We
do not use standard post or standard Express Post as neither require
a signature and are consequently not secure.
AUSTRALIA - Standard Delivery (Australia Post eParcel or Registered
Mail)
Delivery of standard registered parcels usually takes:
1-2 working days within Sydney
2-3 working days to other locations within NSW
3-5 working days to capital cities outside NSW
4-6 working days to other locations outside NSW
This means that you will receive your order within 2 – 7 working
days of ordering, depending on where you live.
